This isn't the first time we have chosen Lucy to organize a trip for our family. The first time it was done was excellent and we never doubted who to call for our next trip. Lucy is warm, kind, extremely professional and just a pleasure all around. She was with us every step of the way during the entire planning of this trip, and she gave us everything we asked of her. I could always reach her, via email or text message whenever i had any question or doubt. We always felt at ease because we knew she was always available for us. I highly recommend her as a travel agent and will definitely seek her wonderful expertise for our next trip.
